In order to ensure you get the appointment day/time you desire, I'd like to remind everyone that pre-booking is the best way to guarantee an appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please do so within 24 hours in advance of your original appointment.
If you are more than 20 mins late to your original appointment there will be a $25 late fee added to your scheduled appointment.
No call/No show for same day appointments, will result in a $50 fee added to your next appointment price.
To reschedule appointments log in to your member account.
